the configuration needed to listen to the portal’s radio stations
is indicated at the bottom of the page
|
 |
I can’t register:
- Check that you have properly filled in all fields needed for the registration
- Make sure that your Internet connection is adequate for access to the radio station
- Make sure that you have the Windows Media Player 9 and Flash software programs
|
 |
I have registered but haven’t received my access codes by e-mail:
- Make sure that your e-mail address has been entered correctly
- Make sure that your anti-virus program hasn’t blocked our e-mail, or put it with the “unwanted” messages
|
 |
I have received my access codes by e-mail, but when I try to log in, nothing happens or I get an error page:
- Delete your cookies and empty your cache before trying to log in
- If you are at work, some firewalls might block access to our site...
|
 |
I have received my access codes by e-mail, but nothing happens when I try to log in:
- Check your Internet connection
- Check that your anti-virus software hasn’t activated the firewall function, which might stop the JavaScript from running, which would prevent your registration.
- Check that your browser will allow the JavaScript to run; if you need to reset the parameters, open IE and then:
Tools ->
Internet Options ->
Security ->
Internet-> Custom level
Script ->
Active scripting -> enable
Allow paste operations via script ->Enable
|
 |
I can log in just fine, but nothing happens when I try to launch a player
- Check your Internet connection
- Click on the speaker-shaped icon of the selected station and the player’s pop-up should open; please wait for a moment and the sound should start coming from the radio station.
- Make sure that the Flash software is installed in your computer
- Make sure that you have the Windows Media Player 9 and Flash software programs
- Make sure that you haven’t activated anti-pop-up software, in which case you must authorise the radio’s site to display pop-ups (our player is displayed as a pop-up)
|
 |
The radio player starts but there is no sound:
- Make sure that your speakers are plugged in and that the volume has been turned up.
- Check your Internet connection
- Make sure that your access provider has not temporarily interrupted your connection.
|
 |
The sound is working, but I don’t see the title of the song playing on the radio:
Your connection speed is too low, press F5 to refresh the page and/or the player, and the names of the artist and song will be displayed.

Note to users of the Windows XP Service Pack 2
|
| The Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 includes a pop-up blocker for the Microsoft Internet Explorer. In order to be able to use the radio players that open in the form of pop-up windows, you must authorise the opening of such windows on the sites http://www.tv-radio.com and http://www.eko.fr or temporarily deactivate the pop-up blocker. |
| |
| Temporarily deactivate the pop-up blocker: |
|
| In order to deactivate the pop-up blocker, go into the Tools menu, Pop-Up Blocker and select the option Turn Off Pop-Up Blocker. After that, you should be able to enter your identifiers. |
| |
Authorising the opening of pop-ups on the TV-Radio and eko.fr sites |
|
| |
 |
To authorise the opening of pop-ups on the http://www.tv-radio.com and http://www.eko.fr sites, go into the Tools menu, Pop-Up Blocker and select the option Pop-Up Blocker Settings. Then enter the addresses http://www.eko.fr and http://www.tv-radio.com in the field Address of Web site to allow and click on Add. Both sites should then be present in the list of Allowed sites.. |
|
Other pop-up blocking software: |
| There are other programs, such as the Google toolbar, the MSN toolbar and many others, that will serve to block the opening of unwanted pop-ups. In order to allow the player of the Web Radio stations to be displayed, and more generally, all of the radio players on the TV-Radio and éko.fr sites, these programs must be configured in an equivalent manner to the one shown above. |
